Introduction: Nurses’ job satisfaction is referring to the level which people feel that they are able have an influence on their workplace. Nurse leaders should use a variety of empowerment strategies important nurses’ satisfaction. Meanwhile, meaningful recognition for nurses considered powerful tool enhance sense self-efficacy especially facing emotional challenge may affect wellbeing. Aim: The aim studies analyze importance recognition, and towards at KFSH-D. Method: This study takes form quantitative research methodology, descriptive-analytical technique. A questionnaire used gather data from registered employed King Fahad Specialist Hospital-Dammam (KFSH-D) about structural program impact Following collection data, descriptive statistic describe personal characteristics respondents, while inferential statistics determine statistical relationship existing between independent variable among KFSH-D as dependent variables. Recommendation: researcher only focuses in-patient units, future studies, recommended focus every dimension category units. Apart that, when looking into empowerment, be more specific, could investigate another by comparing age, clinical working experience provide depth understanding contribution perception empowerment. Conclusion: findings reveal assets make stay increase task assignments.
